11 July 2016 | Business, Electronics, PopularNasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the shares of HansaMatrix (short name: HMX1R), a Latvian high-technology company, will be listed on the Nasdaq Baltic Main List by Nasdaq Riga as of July 12, 2016.
HansaMatrix is an innovator and integrated solution high-tech company, offering product design, industrialization and complete manufacturing services in data networking, internet of things, industrial and other high added value business segments.

Listing the company and attracting capital provide us additional visibility and broader possibilities to develop the company further. The capital raising process has given us invaluable feedback from investors and I look forward to working together with our new shareholders,” said Ilmārs Osmanis, CEO of HansaMatrix.
The share listing of HansaMatrix comes after the company’s recent private placement of new and existing shares to various investors, including a number of Baltic pension funds. After the most recent capital increase, HansaMatrix’s share capital consists of 1,829,381 ordinary shares with a nominal value of EUR 1 per share.
All the shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Baltic Main List.
