Smart solutions from Johnson Controls for Foxconn’s US facilities

Johnson Controls and Foxconn Industrial Internet have announced that the companies will work together to transform building analytics with artificial intelligence and machine learning to advance smart buildings and smart city technologies.

To begin the collaboration, Johnsons Controls will become the preferred supplier of building management products and solutions at Foxconn’s planned manufacturing facilities in Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin. The buildings will feature smart, secure and sustainable technologies provided by Johnson Controls and enhanced by Fii’s industrial AI and smart manufacturing technologies, according to a news release.
